Edon Zhegrova

Edon Zhegrova has missed a considerable part of Lille’s campaign through injury, and the winger’s set to miss out again on Wednesday. While he is an integral part of Bruno Genesio’s side, the French outfit have been able to cope without him in this competition.

Samuel Umtiti and Tiago Santos are also absent, while Osame Sahraoui is a doubt. Mitchel Bakker is a fresh absentee for the hosts after he suffered an Achilles injury at the weekend.

Nabil Bentaleb wasn’t registered for the knockout stages so won’t play a part, but there’s hope Gabriel Gudmundsson will recover from illness in time for Dortmund’s visit.

Lille predicted lineup vs Dortmund (4-2-3-1): Chevalier; Meunier, Diakite, Ribeiro, Gudmundsson; Andre, Bouaddi; Mukau, Gomes, Haraldsson; David.

Daniel Svensso

The knee injury suffered by Daniel Svensson in the first leg will keep the left-back sidelined here. He joins Felix Nmecha in the treatment room with knee issues.

Chelsea loanee Carney Chukwuemeka is a doubt due to a thigh problem.

Dortmund predicted lineup vs Lille (4-2-3-1): Kobel; Ryerson, Can, Schlotterbeck, Bensebaini; Sabitzer, Gross; Adeyemi, Reyna, Gittens; Guirassy.

Lille have a strong home record in this competition and will back themselves even against their former striker Serhou Guirassy, who has ten goals from just 11 appearances in this competition this season.

Consistency has been the biggest issue for Dortmund this season. You never know what version of the German side you’re going to get, although you can confidently predict they’ll be more than a little unconvincing at the back.

Prediction: Lille 2-0 Borussia Dortmund
